Dr. Kinley is upstairs in the right-side gallery (facing the Bench) or on the left side of the screen, and he appears beginning at the 2:08 mark, seated on the far left of spectators watching Atticus Finch. At the 2:28 mark Dr. Kinley (dressed in overalls) rises and watches Finch exit the courtroom, after which he retrieves his hat and the scene ends.

Dr. Kinley appeared in Hollywood films as a part actor, which meant he was never credited. The Los Angeles class has to this day various paycheck stubs from when Dr. Kinley appeared in movies made in the 1960’s and ’70’s.
